Onboard Elite Pulse Video
Hi,
I've messed up resulting in the video being low quality but i know some of you have been after some video footage so heres a few laps onboard
the new Elite Pulse in its first race with myself driving. Cars got a fair bit more setup work but not bad for the first weekend in it.
Hope you all like. Afraid most of the racing action is behind, Ended up P1 in class, P10 overall out of 30 cars including Caterham themselves running
their R600.

Thanks
Ed

Cheers, Almost immediately, we hope to be starting the second chassis within the next month. Have had a fair few enquries and hopefully will be
building a couple more this year.
Yep for Mag Sevens we need the sequential gearbox and really the 2.3 duratec. Box alone is 6-7k
However the car was also built for general trackday hire and other championships in which you can't run the sequential gearbox so we decided to
go straight cut close ratio and then upgrade at a later date.
maccmike - Had a few people comment on the gear lever, the angle of the video shows it closer to the steering wheel however its pretty comfortable to
drive.

If you decide to go sequential give me a shout, I maybe able to help you out depending on which box you're considering.

Ed,
Many moons ago, you were talking about putting an AGM WLR body onto the Elite. Is this still the plan? I note that one RGB racer has just decided to
go for a Sabre despite wanting to rejoin RGB Class F because "there isn’t really a likely class F car".
I can understand his view. 7-esque cars are perceived as being at a significant disadvantage and both Fury Sportscars and RAW seem none-too-keen on
producing race-ready chassis. It seems that there's a potential gap here - I know that MNR are looking to address it with the new GM bodywork
but wondered what your plans were?

Hi Tim,
Yes i have an AGM WLR body sitting in the workshop, it is still a plan of ours to trial it. Probably not to this existing car but we are going to lay
the body over our second chassis and go from there. We have had interest from some guys wanting to do some endurance racing in a Pulse and require a
enclosed bodywork to do that.
With regards to RGB, we hope to have a Pulse out in Class F next year but the intention is with the seven bodywork.
Kind Regards
Ed
