Cortina hubs/ sierra brakes?

Can bigger brakes from a sierra be fitted to cortina hubs, especially the big 4x4 brakes?

You can fit Capri discs and brakes to the cortina hubs, if you want vented discs, take a look in the front susp pics in my archive.

You do not need vented disks on a Locost.

Now having got that clear. If you feel the need to go for 4-pot calipers, stick with the alloy ones, the pricess and Sierra ones are pretty heavy

What about the heavier engines (e.g. R V8 )?
Anyone completed a V8 locost?
Any brake fade with solid discs ?

Most V8 Westfie1ds use solid disks. I race my 200bhp Westfie1d with solid disks, Wilwood calipers with no brake fade. My 160bhp road Westfie1d uses solid disks, M16 calipers, Mintex M1144 pads and does not fade the brakes
