the way houses are going, I wouldn't be surprised if this happened to most of the lesser used "race tracks"!!!

Will LLandow be forced to sell? Will they be so crippled by noise limits if they don't that they might as well take the money?
edit: that said, I want to do a track day at llandow over the summer holidays but they aren't doing one. If they're not going to be
open, let them close.

I think the Evans family will take the money and run. No trackdays? Funny, I know of 2! Both are probably full though.

Even though this is on the local strategy plan, a development of this size will take years to get off the ground, get all the planning approval, etc.
Maybe there's a colony of greater crested newts or fox-eared bats there that will put the brakes on the development.
Still, get in there while you can!!!

Thats terrible!! more new over priced houses which young people cant afford unless your a penpusher!!! makes me angry, but thats another issue!!
there not enough tracks in wales as it is!!!!!
