Protech shocks hard vs soft

where is the soft and hard position on protech shocks.
On the knob, is the softest all anticlockwise and hard all 13 clicks clockwise.
I cant really feel any diference in any position

Yes you are correct, soft anticlockwise hard clockwise.

My advice is to drive it soft then increase, rather than the otherway around. As well as ride comfort, shocks that are too hard/soft can reduce your braking efficiency.
You need to find a happy medium.
Just don't be in a rush, you'll figure out what feels best.
