I've just got back in from being away on work for the past few days. As mentioned to some on here, I can't make Newark as I've got
other commitments I can't get out of.
Aside from everyone on here talking about it of recent (and the pictures that are sure to follow shortly after), I had to drive from my base in Essex
to North Yorkshire yesterday, and then Leeds today. Past plenty of signs for Newark, both directions.
Bit of a kick in the teeth if you ask me!
If it's any consolation, I've just finished sorting out all the tent/chairs/BBQ/food/drink tonight and am looking forward to a nice social
weekend immensely...

It's such a waste having to winder around a huge show site looking at loads of nice cars , picking up a few bargains from the stalls , then
relaxing round the barby with a drink or two - when I could have been in the shed making car stuff all weekend

Well im off to the british super bikes a snetterton so im missing newark, but having said that, chris walker signed my helmet last night and when we
were talking he said he once had a westfield with a pinto in it, once he found out that my R1 indy was outside he could'nt wait to get in, went
for a 2 mile blast

im leaving in an hour to catch a train to london
then across london on the underground
in the van and down to brighton

Ive just made up a shopping list for food, drinks etc, going to full the Fury up at dinner, load the car up tonight and will drive down to Newark.
Will be packing sat afternoon while daughter is at dance lessons then a leisurely drive up to newark.
Its my dads birthday on the 20th but given this is the first show Ill have Tango on the road there is no way short of death or major disaster Im
missing it.

That's it im all packed ready to go left the beer till last so its still nice and cold when we get there!!!!
