Right folks, as previously agreed the next West London/Healthy Eating meet will be at Box Hill.

It's quite a nice place (the spoons aren't quite as greasy- sorry John) and if it's sunny there's a large, grassy, outdoor seating area. If you like bikes then it's the place for you. About a million of them in the car park but also racing up the road!

It's the cafe at the bottom of the hill (so if you find yourself at a cafe with a museum full of dead animals you've got the wrong one).

Look for the orange arrow for the car park entrance.

I hope this is enough- otherwise ask me for directions. But basically if you're coming from the M25 just come off at junction 9 and then head for Dorking down the A24. The entrance is on the left just before a roundabout with the Burford Bridge(?) Hotel.

Im going and picking up my navigator Bob on the way,Merlin may be going as well,send him a mail.

Its suposed to rain on sunday so being a fairweather soft southerner ill be going in my tin top if that happens and ill pick merlin up on the way as well.
