Hi All
Been to Elvington today on a track day run for the Westfield OC. Best £60(should have been £65) I've spent all year. 8.30-4.30 20mins on 40 mins off
and an hour for dinner. 120mins total track time. I thashed the pants off my little car all day and it kept coming back for more! Only thing thats
happened is the small weep of oil from the n/s halfshaft wheel bearing/seal has now turned into a proper leak but i knew it needed doing anyroad. Good
drive there and back and a great time on track. Can't say the same for the MKgt1 though. More development work needed. All in all a top day and I'm
knackered!

p.s. Sticky tyres required for next time, boy do these goodyears squeal.
did you rub the white marker pen off ?
What happened to the GT1 then?
Answers:
1.Jon, yet again, F**k Off
2.Conrod, as a supplier to a valued customer I think it prudent to keep schtum. Suffice it to say that with very little setup time an engine that kept
boilng over and constantly changing drivers was'nt the best way to set up the twitchy rear end. Anti roll bars are next on the list and harder
springs. it was rolling way too much in the corners. Nothing that can't be sorted though and to his credit Martin does'nt want a car going to a
customer until it's fully sorted!

Hi
No it's a blade. We seem to think the head gasket may be blowing and pressurising the system but it also only has a 1 row rad on at the mo until the
new one arrives so who knows. Christ listen to me talking about jap bike engines, they'll take my bigot's licence off me if they find out!
