Is anyone holding meets east of London/Essex/Kent? Would go to Newlands meet on Sundays but it's over 50 miles and while I'm sure the breakfast and chat is 1st class it is a long way. Anyone interested...
Ben_copeland in kent tried to organise something before though i don't think there were any takers. Surrey dave is over in your direction(ish)
and Darren (GTS) is kent too.
Ned.
Yes I was interested before, would be OK if the venue was , around Sevenoaks,Maidstone, Brands Hatch!!
I think there is still a transport cafe on the old A20 somewhere near Wrotham.......

you mean shivering on the m25 john?
Ned.
Thanks Dave we will have to try and sort something out. Might just brave Newlands if the weather is good. Is it easy to find?
There's a picture in my photo archive:

I did it as a map for someone else but the A3 is visible at the top so just follow the directions from there.
I can do you a better one if you want.
We meet from 10am-12. We're usually outdoors in the car park but if it's freezing or raining then if you cross over the road there's a
cafe that does breakfasts.
Hope to see you there.
James
Cheers m8.
I know a few pubs round brandshatch way... With big carpark too
The Maltar Inn , Aylesford ,next to the river too..........
There's probably a pub in Maidstone next to the river..........
Rochester near the Castle........
But obviously Brands is nearer for me, there's a pubs and greasy food in Brands ,if there was a CHEAP meeting on could be worth it?
I'm still convinced that theres something on the old A20 near Wrotham/Maidstone........
Failing that Ben what about the Captain Digby nr Joss Bay!!!!! (no chance !!!)
How does Captain Digby in the height on summer... weekend event. Camping by the beach, loads of space for cars (if we beat the beach go-ers), and
everyone can drink and not have to drive
Anywhere in the Kent boarder is good for me
