Its that time again, the South Brum Meet will be on Monday the 4th of October for those of you that can attend. It's at the usual meeting please of the "Old Washford Mill" just outside redditch.

Unfortunately i won't be able to make this one as we are short staffed at work next week and i have to work a late shift but that shouldn't put you off going

yes i was there early too just me o well hopefully beter next month was hopeing for some encourrgement as im doin 400 mile cycle ride on thursday for prostate cancer with my lad nice weather in wales this time off year i hear c u next month
