anyone coming or competing in barbon hill climb saturday may 14th?

any locostbuilders making the trip to barbon hill climb next weekend? LA2 2LJ is postcode of the pub next to the hill for those who are not familiar to the area. usually some very interesting stuff and a few 7's. i will be there but not in the mnr unfortunately! mkII usually goes and a few others. will look forward to meeting anyone who's going.

Ive never realised how close this is to me! Im probably gonna pop down now..
Im thinking of doing a bit of hillclimbing when the 7's finished! Itll be a good intro to what its all about.

not far at all mate. get there early to watch the morning practice. and you can have a good look around all the competing cars all day and chat to the owners. its a good day out mate!

Just google map'd it and it tells you its parallel with Lancaster.. When it reality its further up!

you can leave m6 at j34 lancaster north and head down the kirkby lonsdale road from there.

may meeting is around of british hillclinb championship the event in june is a national b clubman event. i should be there next saturday as long as its not wet. .m.

national hillclimb championship moves to harewood (nr leeds) on sunday if anyone fancies it,I might go if weathers nice .m.

dont think i will be going to harewood this time. ive got a car to build which i thought would be ready for this years barbon event!
