Looking out the window today, I reckon we got very lucky with the weather yesterday!
There were loads of race teams there yesterday, time attack cars etc etc. Quite a lot of Westys, Caterhams and Elises too, which made it quite a pacey day.

Had a few attempts to stay with the bigfoot Striker.. After a few laps he usually gradually dissapeared into the distance. Far too much power Richard!

Only took a handfull of pics, a couple below, and there could be some vid in the next few days too.

I have a small video of Bigfoot R1 on the rollers the day before the track day.

its a 5vy and made 153bhp the other day, down on yamaha figures and what some people have but others have similar. who really knows, different rollers it may make more.

i've got one uploading now, seems to be taking forever. is there some way of reducing the file size before uploading? its over 1gb for just under 12 minutes.

mind you my connection wont help, its not been very quick lately.

car seems to have a bit of pace so engine must be going reasonably well.

my vid wont be up for another 4 hours or so according to youtube. i can't even watch andys vid at the moment yet a few hours ago something was downloading at quite a high speed.

It's got around 170bhp. Not bad for a pinto, but quite modest power by today's standards.

you wont find it yet, router crashed overnight at 59%. even though youtube says it should resume from where it was it hasn't so had to start again after rebooting the router.
currently says 397 minutes to go.

does pete do anything to your vids before uploading to make them smaller?

He says, he edits it on AVS4U, which he thinks compress's it a bit.. other than that, no idea.

using trackmaster on my phone and a external GPS reciever it recorded a 1:54.2, will try and find that lap in my footage and see if its roughly right.
only had video to go of for lap times with the blade and my best was about 1:57

yea, car seemed better. temps where much better even on longer runs. still a little hotter than i'd like so i'm considering going for a better rad.
