I've just booked an evening track session at Brands on Tuesday 9th April, starts at 5ish and ends at 7.40pm. You get about 4 x 20 mins sessions
for £75 on the indie circuit. Anyone else interested?

I says it must not resemble a racing car. The buggers me then.
Yes, should have said, road cars only, no cars on trailers
Will defo be doing one of these later on in the year, maybe May/June. Just need to get my 172 on the road first.
I would never pass the noise limits

Judging by the sound, or lack off, from fellow kit builders who have been through IVA/SVA
My car is WELL higher than those

Hi Steve
I have a Decibel meter which I know is at least as accurate
As the IVA man's one as they both read the same.
Your welcome to come round & check it out.
René

Typical, weeks and weeks of no rain at all (maybe a little snow!!) - then the first day it rains it's my track evening at Brands Still at least it's a tintop.
We had fun at Brands in the damp at the end of last year in my bros MX5. Underpowered, yes, undergripped, yes, oversteer.. yes!
Damp is fun.
I was at Spa last weekend and it snowed non stop for almost 4 hrs, they put a grittier and a few safety vehicles round too "clear" the track
then sent us out too play,
What a hoot, absolutely freezing though. Luckily day 2 was dry and warmer
Hi Jasper - I'll be there... first time at brands since swapping my Stuart Taylor for the MX5.
Just looking out the window (about 20 mins from Brands Hatch) and it isn't actually raining at the moment, though it does look a bit damp on the
ground from rain earlier.
See you there!
Simon
