Everyone have a good day at Elvington on Saturday?
Was my first track day and was a great day out and experience - especially the time I was ploughing the grass like a field!
It was all Jim's fault - coming flying up behind me!!!!
Got some good footage from the roll bar mounted camera which I'll have to get converted to some digital form and put some clips on here.

The guy with the bike carbs was Geoff and he only posts on the Tiger forum. Northy (from this forum) will have better details and i'm sure it won't be long before he ads a post to this thread...

I had a good day aswell. glad everyone else did. if you don't spin you haven't tried hard enough I once heard.

Got some pics of my car. Are you supposed to go round corners on three wheels? Just had a look a some pics and round the bottom bend it has lifted the front inside wheel. small selection of vids mainly from bend near pits. car sound sweet.

Will have to reduce size of pics to get some posted here. they are rather large at the moment

i blame my spin on the huge puddle on the apex of the top bend, well that and my driving way too fast round the corner aswell

Must say that your car was probaby the loudest on the day - we could hear you when you were at the far end of the track starting the long straight run - did sound sweet though!
Think it was that bloody cone on the top corner that through me - did you plough the field as well as there were already some tyre tracks when I slid onto it..

I went off just starting the big long straight. i had lost it before hitting the water and was just getting back in control when it hit the water. spun after a slight tank slapper. It started after puddle and lasted till the end of the cones. went backwards past cones (mised them all thankfully).

do you mean the cone that appeared on the apex. i am sure it wasn't there on the start of the day
