So, I'm going to be there Friday (finally had to buy a ticket- shocking after all the years of compo ones I've blagged! )

I know that Chris and the Sludgepumpers will be there from 'oop north' but wondering if anyone else is going?

We're there Friday 4 kit cars driving down from Beaconsfield, it will be scorchio

Went today and whilst not as exciting as having formula cars on the hill plenty of tyres to kick.
Highlight for me was a passenger lap in a Bowler - so want one of those now.
BTW there are transfers both up and down the hill to the Rally section if a) it's too hot and/or b) you're too lazy to walk it.
Good footwear essential - how/why do people go to that sort of event wearing flip-flops or high-heels - and the women are equally as stupid?
