Still undecided on which day but probably Sunday (as in my previous experience it tends be be busier!)

I'm there both days, camping so hope the weather plays ball.

been there tonight the hall is full and the racers are all setup ready to go. if you fancy a laugh i will be there tomorrow trying to build a Bertini in a weekend with a hang over. i stupidly said it will be too easy to do over two days so the cbs boys got me nice and pissed tonight just to make it a proper challenge.

it was mentioned that maybe we should do a test run before the show to get a heads up on doing the conversion so we don't fail at the show.. well nutsack to that i have resisted! what you will see this weekend is a totally untouched unmolested z3 get converted to a bertini. the first bit to get unbolted will be saturday 10am! its claimed it can be done in 48 hrs if its true then it will happen this weekend! and just to make it interesting i forgot to bring the build manual!

if your up for a laugh feel free to come and ridicule us at your leisure. worst comes to worst don't worry about the weather just get there when ever you can early or late lit or no kit! saturday night we (ckc) are doing a bonza bash bbq post show for all the campers/hangers on which is always a good laugh. bring beer and cider i will happily help you drink it and provide 100% free drunken falling over comedy.

for all the negative folks out there! yes it may not be as big as the top gear shows at the nec etc etc but your all on this site because you love kit cars! SO get off your ass get in the car and come make it a good time your input is what defines a good or bad show! yes there is the hall with the exhibitors, the racing, the crazy build challenges. but thats not the be all an end all of it. lets get together and be silly in a field park the cars up, fire up the bbq blast out the music and have a good time!

oh and i expect all locostbuilders to come and say hello to me so i can match the user names with faces!

Just finishing my breakfast before heading down along with DanG. Unfortunately I won't be in the Fury.

Roads are a but damp from overnight rain but its reasonably bright here in south Leicestershire. Could go either way over the day but forager is better than 50% dry so will be on the road soon

Any designated parking for Locostbuilders?
Should be going tomorrow in the MK, at this moment just refilling with coolant , after changing the Header tank. Fingers crossed!
