3 Sisters Track Attack dates for 2016

Track Attack in 2016 will run
From 10 am till 7 pm
£20 for 10 laps

The drifting every hour is great to watch

Looking at the video on the web page it seems to be just a drifting day is that correct or have I messed the point, how many cars are out at once etc?

To view the facebook stuff you must have facebook account and I don’t so can not get much information?

Losing the back end of a rwd drive car isn't difficult there.the surface is very slippy and pretty poor. Hopefully nex time I'm there sprinting ill keep it on the black stuff a bit more.and on the grass much less!

They have dedicated drift days drifting only not a track day.

They also do track day's or track attacks. You need a full UK licence and a current MOT. Every hour they have drift cars on track for a 15 minute run. The drift don't go out with the track day cars

Is it like a sprint day, but for normal cars and the like?.

I guess I can always go see for myself on the 31st. I have tried a sprint day at three sisters, but car and driver just not up to being anywhere near competitive.

And it costs a bit as well.

It takes time Adrian,and as long as your having fun that's all that matters. To be competitive in a kit,it needs to be very well sorted car and driver package! Especially when the Westfield sports car club turn up,like they usually do at 3 sisters

Yes sort of but you get 10 full laps without stopping.
Well worth a try. There's no racing aloud so, of your quicker than the guy in front of you the marshalls will wave a blue flag to let them know to let you past.

You can only hire the track if you have a race licence I believe.

The February 21st date has now changed to Feb 13th

I was finding a bit of grip on this lap although I over stepped the limit and went off earlier with crap tyre's.

Would I be allowed as I haven't got it on the road anymore (no MOT), need to re log book it as I've changed the body and engine, but that can be done for then, got msa licence if needed. I could be up for it if it don't clash with anything else. Cheers.

Andrew I have asked this before for a mate. The car has to be road legal with current MOT
