Looking at lists of events, they all seem to be in the south of England, Wales or even Germany.
Are there any interesting events in Scotland where one can look at a variety of cars, especially sevens.
Pref West of scotland - knockhill is a long way from me

Do you know, I don't think I ever remember any sort of kit car event in the West. Anything I have ever been at has been the old kit car show at Ingliston (RIP - show and circuit) - and once at Knockhill - so long ago that Chris Smith MD of Westfield was actually doing the driving himself.

There is an informal Scottish Kit Car Club event which occasionally takes place, but I get the feeling you won't want to see Spartans and Duttons.
If you can get to Kames on a sprint day, you'll see at least a handful of locosts, some westfields, possibly a Ginetta or two and err possibly me in the GTM.

Or if you can make it to the occasional meeting through near Falkirk (camelon on this occasion), then you'll see an MK or two and possibly a book locost or two - and err me in the GTM

Failing that U2U one or more of the Scottish members of this fine establishment. I'm sure something can be done...

there's a Kames sprint next weekend

Doune hillclimb - near callander, (not too far for you) is on weekend after next..always a variety of cars there including westfield 7's...

oo that sounds fun i just need to get my dad to drive me up see ya if your there

I'm expecting to be at both...

Doune is a 2 day event..usually stay there (camping or in pal's motorhome) and have a few drinks...

will you be there in you mk?? i'll be there atleast one day for some point if i can get dad to agree and mum to let him

no its changed loads from the picture with the duck tape.....different seats, aeroscreen, plastic off sides etc....
