OK by my calculations this coming Wednesday, the 8th, is the second Wednesday in the Month. So who can spare a few hours from their busy building schedule to tell everyone what they've done or what they should have done over the last month? Everyone welcome at the Overstone Manor. If you've never been to one of our meetings come along, new faces welcome.
Hello,
I'm new to the site, and new to building cars when it's perfectly reasonable to buy one with all the bits already on them.
but would like to meet like-minded fools with a view to stealing all your good ideas!
Hopefully see you Wednesday.
The Stoat.
you will be welcome stoat, but please don't confuse our large group with the small landrover/4X4 meeting in the big room to the left as you come
in.
Just look for at least 1 person wearing a large-ish hat
Enjoy.

I'll be there, although I have planned not to have the car finished by then.
No hat here though. What we need is for someone to turn up wearing a big white Stetson.
Any volunteers?
Where are you based Stoat?
David
Hi people,
Me and my build partner, Dave (nothing funny, it's purely mechanical!) will try to be there for 8ish. We're not too far away as I'm in
Wollaston.
Can't promise anything on the hat front but can anyone recommend a good trilby store?

I've just realised it's the first anniversary of the Northants Group meetings. Doesn't time fly.
I reckon my car is at least a couple of weeks further on than it was this time last year.
Perhaps we should send ourselves a card.
David
or better yet buy ourselves a drink to celebrate. non alcoholic of course as we will all be driving home.
Good meeting tonight. Several new faces, two cars on the road. Twas excellent!
David
Thanks chaps and chappesses,
Last nights meeting left us enthused, informed, entertained, reassured and scared in equal measure.
Hope to see you again next time.
