Anyone interested in a bit of action with there car ? Or even just to see some cars in action ?
MSCC are holding a fun night at Forrestburn hillclimb on Wednesday August 17th.
Format involves an open session on the hill - passengers are not a problem - followed by a barby followed by more action on the hill.
It's no more complicated than do a run, and head straight down to the start line and go again.
This is strictly members only, but new members are of course always welcome. Contact me if you are interested. It's an ideal way to experience a
hillclimb without commiting yourself to a competitive event.
As above - contact me if you're interested.
P.S. Here's the hill.

.........and when your on the track it's loads twistier than the layout map suggests - it's a hoot!
not for me in the Indy though..too many hard walls beside the track for my liking..
You don't have to go fast. you can dawdle up and maybe stop for a picnic if you like
this is true...if the weathers good it's a nice place to be.
Think of it as a sales opportunity Colin....
This is true...
really need to get my finger out and get my SVA sorted out - it's great having a trailer but a pain that I HAVE to use it.
There's only 1 (or maybe 2) more sprints for me this year I'm doing ...once their done I'll need to get the SVA attempted.
id love to do that - i was looking at the harewood site the other day. Bit to far to drive back up there though
Where is Forrestburn? Local to Sheffield area?
lol between edinburgh and glasgow i'm afraid so not tooo close!
Never mind
