There seem to be a few of us southern softies on the forum now, anybody from Sussex/Surrey/London fancy a get together?

Keep trying to make it to the West London breckies, but keep wanting to spend the time on the car instead as it'll be a good 3 hours round trip. Be good if we had something closer, maybe around Crawley area??

Sure we could sort that one jasper,steveM and hicost are in crawley and horsham.
Maybe Box hill would be a good venue,if you wait on the A24 long enough i'm sure you would get a cheap blade engine.

Well, As i am a very Regular Box Hiller, due to my 2 wheel fettish! I will be there, lets arrange a time at newark, as i think we will all be there, except for a couple of the Northern Gits!!!!!!!

So...how about next Sunday 23rd am at Box Hill??? Haven't been right up to Box Hill itself, presuming there's a tea stand or something???

Yep sun the 23rd is fine with me,OH! unless there is overtime(double bubble sunday)

There is a cafe thingy at the main car park just off the A24.

It will have to be morning about 10am,as anywhere near midday and you'll not be able to move for bikes.

Parking would be a bit of a nightmare PM too.

Will bring calipers

23rd sounds like a plan... you car drivers will need to be there AM, as Bob said, I on the other hand, being of the 2 wheeled nuuter clan, will be there by 11, as i will be working up till 4am sat night.

Well, we managed 4 of us at the meet- a whole two of whom are actually building a Locost!

Anyway, great place for a meet- good idea who's ever it was!

If you're into motor bikes then you'd love it as there was about 200 of them there and a load of them doing wheelies and endo's and the like on the road outside.

So, cool place, good company and food from the cafe let's have another one there soon!

3rd'd, its a great place, i go there most sundays, so its easy for me to be at most meets i guess!

Glad you all enjoyed it,thought it would make a good meeting point(clever me).

Not just for the bikes,its in a good position for most of the builders in surrey/sussex as well as the south west london gang.
