Gents,

Chris at Z-Cars has tried to organise a power run event and posted on the Tiger forum.......£30 for a factory tour and a power run.

Any one interested?, I thought it would be good to have a look round and then compare different cars/engines.

Dates are TBC but Chris sounds pretty flexible.

I have been meaning to have a run out to see their setup but not gor round to it yet.

Would be good to go on a day when there are many others going as well.

What are they offering by describing it as a power run for £30??

I'd be interested in a run out if its a nice day - (not that I know where z-cars is)
I'd be curious to know what power my strikers got but think the answer could be embaressingly low

Not sure what is involved.....They have had a new rolling road fitted and as far as I know, it will just be a dyno run and a print out to help with bragging rights!!!

David, would at least give you a starting point to work with, before you are overcome with the dreaded disease that is UPGRADEITUS

I was looking to do this anyway so defo up for it, keep us posted!

I will contact Chris again and sound out some dates. I am taxed till 31/10, so would like to do it before the end of October. Is that ok with everyone else?

I will come to the Altisidora armed with some details next Thursday for the meet.

I have not had a great response but would still like to go. I cannot do the 11th but probably could do 18th.

The weather will possibly be worse then (although hopefully better than today) I'll be able to turn up in my regular car if necesssary (I'm scared of the rain in the striker) coz I'd quite like a power run in that as well

I could do the 18th as it is my weekend off work. May or may not do the dyno but will use it as a run out if weather is ok.

Would like to come but would have to be the 18th as most Saturdays are tied up due to being a wedding photographer!

Sorry about the delay replying, been away, hence not been available this past weekend.
First thing saturday is generally not a good time for me due to laziness, and the 18th especially as I'm at a big black tie do on the friday which will require heavy drinking, which doesn't go well with a blast in the car first thing the next morning!!

I too would/will probably be going to have a look round and a factory tour if its available. Won't be doing a power run this time. Don't want to be in a position where someone suggests I could squeeze X amount extra BHP out if I do xyz, its just teasing and cannot warrant any more expense at the mo...
I'll make do with what I've got.

Don't think he will charge to look around.

It will be my last run out probably so I am still up for it. Will be interesting to compare the bhp to Boggs rollers.

I am meeting on Hall road at 8am and then pickup a friend on Preston road about 8:20am. In Bilton for about 8:30am
