Bit confused as i know there are a few metric and imperial types of the ford /girling calipers,i recently fitted mintex 1144 pads to the motor and went with m16 fitment pads as as far as i could work out thats what i thought i had? Can you chaps confirm this is right? I have read theres m16 and type 16 and 16p 16pb etc but these are pos 16k? On a recent drive out i had the brakes seize up just incase its not just the calipers(the pistons dont look to iffy) and i have just got the wrong pads i
thought i would ask?

I may just need new calipers(no real point in messing about with them at the price of new ones in my opinion) but if its just a case of drilling the holes in the pads for the pins i would be happier.

brakes seizing is often the master cylinder not fully returning to the start of its travel.
