Al told me there's no way i'll keep up with him now he's got a diffuser, and I know he's been secretly working out to loose
weight, i spotted a cross-trainer in his lounge but he's blaming that on his wife but his ebay account is showing a recent purchase of a Mr.
motivator outfit.

The only work out i get is on the playstation, getting my arse kicked on call of duty 5 online, but yes you are right the diffuser is going to
give me a boost of speed that will turn your pants brown
