Stafford show

Got a small magazine through the door the other day about this show and was just wondering what it was like. I've been to a few shows before but i understand some are far better than others. It's quite a way from me but i wanted to go and see what bargains were about as i need a few bits to finish off my build.

I might pop along as it's only 30mins away from me, just to have a nosy around. I have heard it's been poor in the past, but I've not been for over 10 years since I had my Westfield.

How about the beaulieu (spelling?) autojumble? Hopefully that should be a good spot to pick up some bargains, not been before but off to it next weekend. Tickets seem reasonably priced...

IF you are going to the Beaulieu AutoJumble, GO for the entire weekend, STAY local, Get there early, DO NOT expect to get out quickly and you will still only have seen a part of the jumble if you walk around quickly scanning as you go for both days.

Stafford, its not bad for a drive out if you live locally(ish). Providing the sun is shining.

Nice spot for a natter and BBQ in the sun with the JPSC club and for me, I can find an interesting route there and back. The inside isn't realy worth the trip on it's own and the promoters wanted to charge entry to the hall for kit drivers last year. Bit of a cheek as there'dbe no show without the kits turning up. Some paid, some didn't, some left and went home. It's not free this year either unless you buy 3 copies of KitCar magazine... so that 3 copies of the same adverts/articles in different covers.

I thought they'd cancelled it this year, after last year's debacle.....

But, NO! ......just googled it and come up with this......Stufford show

Of course, if it is run by total kit car, you might arrive and find photocopies of the industry's newest models, instead of real cars.....

see this thread to remind you of last year......Stafford show sillyness

Thanks for all the replys, you've saved me a few quid as i won't be going. I was a bit wary as it is run by Kit Car.
