This is my problem,or is it,if i start my engine leave it in neutral and jack the backend up ,my wheels turn up to 5 mph ?

Sounds ok most vehicles do it

Mine does this in gear with the clutch in, but not when in neutral.

I guess your drivetrain is slippier than mine.

It's the Oil/Clutch drag that is revolving the prop and therefore diff and wheels etc...
