Bob,

The offer is still there if you want to drive to Bristol then I'll take over for the drive to Exeter and back. (About 90 minutes for both of us).

Let me know what you decide.

Yipee

Having convinced the Missus that she'd enjoy the planned trip to an all night club in Birmingham much more without me I'm free to go!

Will try and buy something useful other than tools this time!

Anyone know if MK are going to be there?

Cheers,

James

Whats wrong with the existing deck chairs? If you throw them in with the wheels I can stretch to another tenner.

See ya at Exeter.

exeter show

Very interested in going to the show but would like to know who will be in attendance ie MK, Tiger, Stuart Taylor...etc (like in Herts - bit of a trip). Any web sites that might help would be useful - cant find any detail

Cheers, Paul

Good day at the show and spent lots of money.

Saw Paul and Hicocst (trying the WLR for size again) and bought a pair of Intatrim Odessey seats in grey with black piping that fit beautifully and yes, I sat in the chassis in them with the steering wheel and column in hand as soon as I got home! Hopefully bought most of the bits I need to keep going till the Staffs show in March. And James bought the coolest set of headlights I've yet seen, but I let him tell you! So well worth the trip.

I'm going down tomorrow (today?), so if anyone wants a lift from anywhere near Wells, Somerset, give me a shout, I'll check for posts before I leave. Not in a seven sadly, but it's a lift all the same.

P.s. Anyone who's going to be there and feels like saying hello, I'll probably be wearing a blue jumper with bench in red letters across the front.

Yeah, excellent day. Display of cars wasn't up to much I thought (a couple of real shockers- anyone see that red/grey/brown [rust] Vindicator?) ( shudder) ? And no Locosts which was a disgrace! Maybe mine'll be there by next year!

As Jasper said I went a bit mad on some headlights and went anti-Locost and spent double what I needed to- but they are the coolest lights I've seen! I won't describe them here- just wait for the finished car!

Anyway, thanks for the lift down there Jasper- and the tea afterwards.

Cheers,

James
