Classic, Kit & Retro Action Day - 20th June
Morning everyone,
Just to give people the heads up on a event happening on the 20th of June @ Castle Combe.
It's the Classic, Kit & Retro Action Day being held by CKC check out the full info on their website:

Money to be saved by booking tickets in advance, you can also get access to a track session or join in the car parade.
It will be the usual manufacturers stands and auto jumbles, plus a few events on the track.
We'll be there with the LB2 and a customer's R1 Mini, if you make it down come and say hello!

Just out of interest, anyone been out on track at Castle Combe? Any tips? this will be my first time on track, so slightly nervous and I have heard
there's not much room for error at Castle Combe!

I remember years ago seeing a Grinnel Scorpion going down the track upside down . Think there was a photo in one of the national papers

Don't go mad take it steady and build your speed up gradually uses your mirrors to see the faster cars coming up behind you and give them
plenty of room just the usual trackday advice . Abingdon airfield track days which are a good starting point .
