Milkbar meeting North Yorkshire
Hi Guys
Thinking about a meeting at the Milkbar which is just off the A1 near sherburn-in-Elmet North Yorkshire
Is anybody up for it if i check the place out
very large car park and pub etc
For those who don't know the place it is a very famous biker meeting place,on a sunny wednesday night or sunday it has been known to have 2000
bikes turn up for a chat and drink etc
Havnt been for ages but i can go and have a chat with the landlord and see if we would be welcome in our cars.
Last time i was there was about 18 months ago and had a good time
Also what is the feeling on the best time to have it
during the week,which day?
or on a Sat/Sunday?
If anybody is interested let me know and i will do my best to sus it all out
cheers

Always interested in a drive & a meet up,we have spoke about having a run out to sherburn, for breakfast one sunday morning, but have never got
round to it with other meets in the week and shows, and track days at weekends, always seem to have something else going on,now that the nights are
starting to draw in,sunday mornings may be a good time to arrange a regular meet, and also it would not clash with other club midweek meets.

I'm sure some of the lads who go to the Locost meet at Ackworth would be interested, so long as it's dry!
Cheers

i'd be interested.
me and a few of the lads at work were talking about going up on a non ackworth wednesday some time, so i'd be happy to nip up anytime.
it won't be for a fortnight, as i'll be in bulgaria, but i'll be there when i get back if it goes ahead.

i found it on AA website route planner. 73 miles from me. Reason i didnt know where it is is cos i usually travel A1 them M1 - i would need to keep
follow A1 towards ferrybridge etc.
Unfortunately its a bit far for me to just call in - especially as i keep weekend for family time so i dont get grief about building almost every
night.
It sounds like a great meet tho'. I might keep this in mind for when car is finished.
