sun or mon or both, depending on what the other half wants to do.

Just out of curiosity, and the fact that I have to go see Willans, how far a drive is it to Hampshire from there? HIGHLY recommend them from a customer service point of view. Emails from the MD and everything.

RK,

According to viamichelin, Willans is just over 100 miles from me, so shouldn't be that much different from Detling. It reckons the trip will take 1.75hrs, I think 1.5hrs if roads are clear.

Me going Sunday am, really want to get major car time this weekend.

Thanks Simon! Should be a fun drive. Decided to leave the gps at home and go the old fashioned way: by map. Too lazy to download all the uk stuff and pay 80 gbp for it.

RK,

You beat me to it, I've just edited post, so if you click "Route", it should give you what you need to know, but check destination postcode before you set off.

That's very helpful. Thanks again Simon. I know all roads lead to London, but in my case, I've never been to the UK and not been through Basingstoke. Not a usual tourist destination.
