Many thanx to Jon Ison for the ride - fantastic!!
and I had a go in the MK GT1, got to have one of them as well!!
Starting to feel a little easier about missing the camping - a little smelly I hear.
Cheers
Chris
Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the
error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

Top weekend. Great guys and great cars. Glad to see I kept you satisfied in the meat dept.
Looking back it was a crazy weekend. Scutter arrived with a pink tent, Jasper was munching ceasar salad and complaining about the lack of ciabatta
bread and cuppachino coffee, plenty beer was drunk and last night was spent watching the fast and furious in the middle of a field on James Hicosts
laptop, topped off with a box of celebrations chocolates. In the words of PTM how rock and roll was that?
Oh, and one of you bastards could have warned me we would be be camped at the end of the main flightpath of East Midlands Airport.
Take it easy,

Thanks to everyone for making it such a fantastic weekend!!!!!!! Particularly to Jon for the two awesome rides in The IsonBlade- absolutely
brilliant!!!
Most fun I've had with my clothes on- or off!!!
People at work keep making the mistake of asking why I have this massive fixed permanently on my face- they're getting bored of hearing about it
now I think!
Cheers for the lift Jasper was really good of you to drive out of your way for me and Paul for the great cooking. Oh, and the abuse- PTM!
Oh, and thanks for the top entertainment supplied by Hicost and letting me poke around your fantastic car.
Anyway, this is sounding like my Oscar speech now so before I get teary eyed I'd better stop.
I bought that MIG welder in the end so got to go play with it now!
Seeya all soon,
James

What a totally fantastic weekend. Great to see everybody...
Special thanks to Jon for making me realise why I'm spending all this time and money. And next time he's sees red mist on the track (MK GT1 pulling
out in front of us) someone else can be in the passenger (suicide!) seat, that was totally awesome......oh yeah, and when he forgets about the
location of roundabouts until it's almost too late!!
And thanks to Paul the fantastic chef, and too Hicost for great boys toys ...
I'll upload the pictures as soon as I've figured out how to load them without being able to log-on....
Fantastic time, now I want time to play with all my purchases.....

Oh yeah I enjoyed the ride. We might have missed the roundabout, but only just, I thought we were going to hit it for a moment. Still I had a good
view of it over my left shoulder at one point.
Cheers Chris that was a great ride.

I am very pleased everyone enjoyed them selves
i for one really look forward to our "camping weekends" and each one seems to get better and better !!, The banter is great and i do love our
northern brothers really.
we seem to have a very varied bunch of builders, lunatics/sane/normal and some others?,I bet most of the other clubs do not have half as much fun as
we do
could any one imagine the "ultima" lot camping around a "gaz bo" (ptm)oh no they stay down the road at the airport hotel and have thier flunkey
polish the car
anyway thanks to all concerned for another great weekend, when's the next one????????
