Knockhill trackday July 20th
Knockhill circuit are holding a rare open pitlane full day, on Saturday 20th July. It's capped at fifty cars, so there should be plenty of space
on track. 105db
The full price for the day is £165, but I've arranged a group discount of 10%, making it £148.50, if I can muster ten or more cars. If
anyone's interested, all I need is a name to give to the circuit, and I'll pass on the booking instructions via U2U.
Anyone for Knockhill?

Calendar looks good.
I can't find the event on the Knockhill website, usual old git problem, so rather hoping you'd have some answers to a couple of questions
(having been refused at the Jonathan Palmer circuits):
Does the car require 2 seats?
Does the car require a road legal pack (MoT, tax, etc.)?
OK to use some of the session to bed in some slicks?
Hoping you could help, my thanks.

The event is on Knockhill's website, it's on page 2 of car trackdays. Not easy to find tbh..
What car are you thinking of bringing? If it's a pukka formula style single seater, it's doubtful they'll allow it on a trackday. I
have seen single seaters fitted with cycle wings on trackdays however, so may be worth asking the circuit.
As far as I know, the car doesn't need to be road legal, and slicks are OK too. (See our man Bigfoot, at the day we did last year)

May is upon us, hopefully some nice weather will get folks into the trackday mood. I have seven cars booked onto this event so far.
Anyone else fancy an open pitlane day at Knockhill?

I'm considering it...... Really deepends what the car is like once its back on the road this weekend. Hopefully all my work over the last few
months is complete and I don't need to do anything else to the car, if so I'm gona book up. Worse case I will attend just for spectating.

OK, if you decide to do it all I need is a real name to pass to the circuit to add to my list of dicountees.
