Locost of the Year 2005

The Locost of the Year competition will be returning to the Newark show wwith a new perpetual cup. To end just have your car there on Sunday 19th June 2005. Judging will be done on the day with the winner receiving the all new trophy.

Whats the judging based on, any fixed criteria/points like some concours competitions. Or is it purely judges discression.

I know today which car should win this prize, and anyone that has seen it will agree with me, but I don't know that the car in question will be trekking all the way up to newark
