All quiet on the Eastern Front
The Essex, Suffolk (and bit of Cambridgeshire) Posse hasn't met for a while - anyone up for a beer? (preferably not in that smelly pub in
Stratford St Mary!)

Paul, Geoff and myself met up in Duxford a few weeks ago . Nice pub as well . I'm up for a meet but will be in tintop

OK - no-one suggested a pub yet, so how about one of these:
Wheatsheaf - Tattingstone (scruffy, but decent beer, easily located from Essex & Suffolk)
White Horse - Tattingstone ("quaint" - i.e. odd - but decent beer and a big car park. Can get crowded if there's a darts match
on)
Neither place is entirely given over to pub food, so it's always possible to find a seat on most evenings.
Any other suggestions welcomed.

Maybe we can let it slip a week, to get the maximum number of people together - also the weather looks like it's going to be rotten this week -
how about same place, same time, but on Thursday 14th?
I'm not sure that the pub would welcome kids in the evening; depends on the size/age/behaviour of the kid I suppose! It's not a rough
pub, though.

How about another day - same time, same place, Tuesday 12th? I'd only plucked the Thurday out of the air anyway...

The pub's postocde - IP9 2NU - should be enough for the far-away folk to find the place, using multimap, google maps, or similar.
