However, Owelly dropped me a text to le me know and I'll make payments of both myself and Jackson this week.

A bit of an update, I've fully paid for the day now!!
I will have a few details about camping in the next day or so.
See you soon!!
Edit; I wondered if anybody is interested in having an instructor on hand for the day, this can be covered by the money I've got left over, so
won't cost any extra.
I didn't know if anyone would like to have an instructor there to give a few pointers if required.

I would welcome a few pointers, but first run out in the car so might be adjusting things all day.
Don't do it just for me, but if an instructor is there it might be ok.

A quick message about camping, anyone who wants to camp can pretty much turn up any time after lunch on Thursday, it's £10 per pitch, per night,
and you can stay on friday night for the kit car show on Saturday.

How much fuel are we likely to need for one of these track days.

Fast cars can lap the circuit in around a minute, or just over. So lets say 80seconds per lap to allow for folks to drive around me. The circuit is
1.6 miles. How many miles/gallon does your car do.....?

Last time there my car consumed 80 litres. It's thirsty I like track time.
Whatever road mpg you get at least 1/2 it.

I'm not sure what mpg the car does when ringing its neck or how many laps we may be allowed or even want to do. Just a rough idea what amounts
of fuel to take for a 2ltr standard ish car. I would like to try a few different settings so might be less track time than some, I think 80ltrs would
be a good start with full tank as I can always use it later. Cheers

In the past, with our MR2 V6, we've arrived with a full tank and have to refill again by lunch. That is with 2 drivers running constantly with
about 15-20 mins for brakes to cool in between. Always costs more in fuel than the day itself.

i always take a full tank. 2 x full 20 litre jerry jerry cans and my 2 smaller 5 litre cans in case. ive never been close to running out although ive
never had a full days running with no issues.
its open pitlane so you can just keep on going round as much as you want!

There is petrol available about 10 mins drive away so you can pop out at lunch if need be.

Right then, I need to get as many people's opinions as possible, do we want an ARDS instructor in the day?
I need to have an answer by Tuesday at the latest to book the instructor.
I know I could benefit from a few pointers, what about the rest of you?

frank. if there is any money left over and you dont want to pocket it. (i wouldn't mind if you do for arranging such a well priced event)
then i think an instructor would be good.we are all there all day,so if we all get a slot at any time of day that would be an added bonus! cheers

I could use a few pointers, but will be more than happy to learn from following other cars (or trying) if not much interest.
Thanks for organising this event by the way, cheers.
