Mallory wssc trackday

The Westy clubs annual visit to Mallory is tomorrow. There should be around sixty cars there I guess. Mainly Westfields, but there's usually a smattering of other kits too.

Anyone nearby with a bit of time on their hands would be more than welcome to drop by, and say hello.

Weather forecast at the moment not looking too bad.

Here's a few pics, Pete will get some video put together soon, no doubt.

The single seater was a Gould sprint car. Nick Algar getting a bit of practice in. It sounded gorgeous. (Not my pic, borrowed it from the wssc boardroom. )

Pete's got his first vid up on youtube. HERE
It's me driving at the end of the day, when it went open pitlane. I know the music isn't to everyones taste, but we forgot to tape up the mic, so all it picked up was wind roar.

He's going to put another together to include my brief visit to Gerrard's gravel trap...
