Don't have any drawings but I've got to come up with a solution too in the near future. Noticed that a lot of the linkage kits supplied by
companies are using cable setups as opposed to rods because it's a bit easier on the gearbox. Spoke to Phil at MK the other day, they are moving
to a cable setup when they can find a new supplier.
Should be easy enough to fabricate one though. Gear lever to a bellcrank with two cables in a push/pull setup.

I made my own rod operated shift and fabricated paddle. I replaced the top casting/lock with a turned ally one. I had to lock out the adjustable
column reach adjustment with a plate, but the up/down is OK. Main thing is to make everything ridgid as any flex is magnified.

I forgot to add that I needed to use a rod to get the gear shift sensor into the linkage - this would have been pretty difficult with a a push pull
cable.
