Stonleigh

Good drive down today albeit a long one we all took a bit of a detour but fortunately all on good roads. Hope the biker in the ditch is okay didnt look too good.

Very cold and overcast day managed to miss any rain so that was a plus. Thanks to the Young lady for the safe return of my body warmer I hope it served you well for the day, you looked freezing. Get your dad to treat you to a nice warm car coat you deserve it after the chilling you got.

All in all good drive down and not a bad day at all

Why didnt you go in the Indy Graham ?We've met before at York and at Ackworth I think. I thought it was a good drive down Spent most of the time holding up the rear with an indy and a V8 Westy. Paul nearly rear ended me in his Zetec Indy about 9 miles from Stonleigh what a sureal experience it is when all you can do is watch in your rear view mirror as a car skids towards you. I was in the Locost the only one in the pack.
Just hope the young girl was warm enough on the way home as I lent her my bodywarmer when we stopped at Leicester services

Not a bad day but it seemed a much smaller event than
Last time I went.

yep - was showing tiff around the show personally all day!! was different - and what a big petrol head he is too.. was well suprised.. the little clubs he didnt forget.. was shocked how the italian replica clubs get away blatantly copying the cars.. understandable in a way..

Was your car parked up outside the donut van near the bouncy castles?

I saw a yellow (busa engined) car with a black signature on but couldn't work out what it said.
