early stage project parts FS
Due to various reasons I have not been able to continue or actually really start my project. Therefore a few items going up for sale. Currently though
I have no idea what some of this stuff is going for these days. I could go to EBAY and let the market decide but I'd feel guilty about not
offering up here first. So, heres the list. I need to add measurements/dimensions, etc so any questions let me know and I'll update once
I've taken another look at the kit - probably tonight (Friday). If you feel prices are not fair, let me down gently and u2u me with what you
think is right
All dimensions should be std Ron book. All items are plus delivery, to be worked out, or free for collection from North London. Pics in my archive.
- New bottom wishbones, with new bottom swivel maxi bottom ball joint (from EDS-Motorsport)and polybushes. Wishbones have been professionally built
but can't recall where from. Unsightly but strong mounting bracket welds in my opinion (not my work) but these can be re-done otherwise really
nice. £55
- New top wishbones with new top swivel/track rod end and poly bushes. £40
- Sierra steering column with key! includes UV coupling, plus upper and lower cowl and steering wheel. Might have stalks also. Pics of steering wheel
and stalks will hopefully be uploaded this weekend. £50
- Chassis Locost Ron Champion McSorley +2. Nicely made thus far - best price over £75
- Pedal Box, Floor Mounted for a cable clutch. Not 100% sure where this came from. Someone like OBP I think. really good quality £70
- Front and rear coilovers with spare springs. Not sure of the spring rating on any of these. £70
- New 1m Panhard rod complete with polybushes. £8
- 4 new trailing arms complete with polybushes. £25
- A couple of standard steering racks; 2x Std Escort £? each! and Mk1 Capri £15 since it has new track rod ends also and its been hammerited nicely
No pics yet.
- Nicely Refurbed Cortina uprights, with hubs (bearings, etc), discs, calipers & pads. Nice and clean. As new as a used item is likely to get!
£125 - sounds a lot but pretty rare in this condition I think
Let me know. Can of course combine, etc, etc

Can you give any details on the springs? I might be interested if I knew the rates and lengths. Cheers
