Raw striker 13" wheels do they fit? hell yeah
well after lots of fathing around got the 13,s to fit,
they are 7.5 inch fronts and a chunky 9inch rears,
Its the look i was after and plenty of slick there prob too much?
still some quick pics of them i will get some more at some point that you can see whole car but rain stopped play.
hope you like, i also have a set of caterham wheels that fit with 6 inch front and 8 inch rears with AO48 on, will get some pics also of them.
the slick wheels are rial wheels and are so light 4.9 kg each amazing over 6 kg saving per corner on my old 15s
any way pics.
Raw striker 13" wheels
Raw striker 13 rear wheels 9" wide
thanks all

So what did you have to do to make them fit?

Chop the rear upright down by 6 mm
Shorter handrake springs ,
3 mm chop on left hand facing wishbone joint which holds rubber bush,
Job done,
Let's hope it all works, should be ok and I don't think it will effect the camber too much we will see,
Raw chop there uprights by 12 mm and say it's ok?
Cheers all

That looks solid!!!
Yep pics and a how to please Sean, I would like 13" but I was in the understanding that it was wishbones and rosejoints only.
Track days ARE the best thing since sliced bread, until I get a supercharger that is!

Arches are the No2 arches, 10/ 11" STD is around 8" so not STD,
I will try to get some pics of bits chopped but will have to take it all apart again so over the coming days I'll look at that,
But as explains before 6 mm chop from the top of the upright so just measured down from the hole and vhoped out 6 mm keeping the existing hole, also
put in correct bolts imperial not metric bolts, nice tight fit now,
Also it will deep end on the wheel you fit as these give a bit more clearance than some wheels, cxrs and cater ham wheels seem to give more
clearance,I know have about 4 to 5 mm clear from the top of the upright,
Good luck with any of you fitting once you are into it a get someone to weld up who is a good welder like I did no probs,
Will be using them in anger on the 7 th July just a airfield day woodbridge with javelin,
Thanks all

that does look great, can you tell us what the off set is of the wheels and the size of the tyres? I used to have 9 x 15s on the back of mine but was
looking at the angle of the shock and was not sure if I would get the same off set in 13s ?
looking forward to seeing your mods to the wish bone, if your not careful Raw will be out of a job

Offset,
Rears are 9" and run 15 of set, I then run a 16 mm spacer so would be a -1 offset so I think a zero of set wheel would be ok, they clear the
shocks by about 20 mm and about 10-15 mm on full droop,
Fronts are 7.5" with 15 offset and run a 6 mm spacer so a 9 offset,
My cateham wheels using the same spacers fit the same,
8" rears et24 and make the same insert as the 9" rims but poke is about 20 mm less so fit just inside the arch,
6" fronts et24 same spacer 6 mm and line up nice with a 185 tyre,
I will try to get some pics up of the upright and wishbone over the coming days,
Cheers
Tyres rears are 23/57/13 slick
Tyres fronts 167/53/13 slick
On my other wheels
185/60/14 fronts
205/60/13 rears
Thanks

Hi. Just found this thread, doing a bit of research. How did it pan out with the 13" wheels? No handling problems?
