Bill Targett steam rally - Eastleigh, Hampshire
Anyone else going this weekend?
Lots of steam engines, moving and static, plenty of oily hands and well worn flat caps and blue overalls. Fantastic smells and noises, the odd
classic car and motorbike and most importantly - a beer tent.
A new (I think bigger) venue this year after being on the Matterley Estate (Winchester) for the past few years.
A friends Dad is defending his "Best static engine in show" trophy this year...edge of the seat stuff 
I'm taking my lads on Sunday, be good to say hello if you're there
