Newark

Just got back.Mark(Mookaloid),Me and a Mate in my car travelled down Sat evening.Pitched with the Mk gathering.Couldn't find a Locost camping group.Made very welcome by them.Thanks.Dave pitched next to us,sorted the zetec flywheel supply problem. Thanks Dave. The show and cars and stands out side were great(Sunshine I think..)but in the hall was very spase.Locost parking/stand was wellcovered with alsorts.Got caught in the storms coming back at the A19/A1 junction though.......Mosses would of struggled!!!!

Yep a good day.

Not the biggest show in the world but I managed to get my engine mounts for £3 each and a spare laser alloy wheel....

The Mk stand looked nice as did the quality of the car

I went up today as well - it's never been a big manufacturer show, but there have always been a lot of finished cars.
I gave up early as it was just too hot for me - my car registered 35C when I got back to it! Very humid as well. Phew!
Still, I managed to save the cost of my petrol on cheap parts I needed...

chrs,
David

I saw Hicost James and his mates as they were leaving. I didn't look for the locost spot before that as I couldn't wait to get out of the car. I just dumped it in the first empty space and left it to cool down.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
