Ackworth
Another good meeting tonight at Beverley Arms in Ackworth. Must have been at least fifteen cars turned up even though half a dozen or so regulars
couldn't make it.
I know in the other thread it's been mentioned that it's the last meet at Beverley Arms and in future it's gonna be at The Angel but
I reckon there should be a compromise. Six months of the year - April to September - should be held at Beverley Arms, cos lets face it, its in a great
location near the roundabout. The other six months - October to March, have it at The Angel.
What do all the other regulars think.................

We've had this discusion before, it's not just the fact that the staff are surly and unfriendly, the landlord doesn't want us quote
"filling up his car park".
yeah, one night a month on the quietest day of the week.
As for the location, the other pub is 300 yards away!
