Hillclimb driving school

A thought for anyone interested.

At Harewood Hillclimb there is a drivers school which offers corporate days - if 30 locosters were to get together we could have our own corporate day. The Caterham crowd do it as part of there academy race programme, so why shouldn't we!

The cost for a day is £3750 + VAT so it isn't a cheap day but is good fun. I am happy to orgnanise a day for us, but would have to have firm commitment from enough people and then we need to sort out a date. If you would be interested in a day at about £150 per person let me know - if there are enough I will then see what dates we could have.

It's a great day out - I've done it but would do it again if there was a group from here going

Cheers

I'd give that a go. Fancied doing the hillclimb school anyway next year

Certainley knows his stuff.

on the up side its genuine competition as its timed runs, plus the obvious tuition side, but the down side is its a bit expensive, and probably less driving time than a track day.

Joel - unfortunately it is not timed runs - they have to be done under full RAC MSA regs which is not possible for instruction, plus we are only allowed so many competition days per year which are the timed ones. The tuition and advice is really useful though.
