Thats the idea Along with some coaching from Carnut on launch technique. Mind you, if you were to do a seperate class for road going ZX12Rs, might
just be in with a chance of winning it..........

LOL. I know what you mean. I use about four different websites, hoping that just one says it's going to be dry.

Just looking at the Santa Pod website and noticed that the Castrol Challenge was won in 2005 by a Nissan Skyline with 11.917 sec run. The current
leader this year is a Toyota MR2 Turbo with 12.439s.
You need to pre-register to do the challenge but it costs nowt and should be good for a laugh. Anybody up for it??

Signed on,don't think I will be wining any prizes in my little blade though, think I recall Baz at MK saying there fireblade did about a 13.5
when they last went to york drag way, anyone got any times for other bike engines.I think the blades must run out of steam on the last 100ft
,looking at the terminal speeds to get well under 13,you have got to be doing 108mph+ going over the line, but as I know bugger all about drag racing
I am probably talking a load of bollo@ks.
