Stoneleigh - Anything for the wife and kids ?

Hello All,

Trying to convince the missus that a day out at Stoneleigh would be great this weekend.

Just a question, is there anything else at the show which isnt just cars ? i.e. is there something to amuse her and the kids ?

A playground, fair or craft fair would be good

Help!!

Not sure about a fair, but last year there were a few Caterhams doughnuting round cones and stuff, taking passenger rides.

Sure I read somewhere there is going to be an offroad course with a Dakar 4x4 taking people for rides - my lads would kill for that (but they aren't going )

In my wifes opinon the craft stalls are all sh*te, which is why she's not coming this year. But YMMV.

If they do get bored you have Leamington just down the road, There is a good Park for the kids and every ladys dream Clothes shops and tons of Shoe shops. You could drop them off, But dont forget to pick them up again.

took the kids to Warwick castle last year - they put on a good show for the w/e with battle re-enactments and all sorts - brilliant!

I just mention Kit car shows and the wife says when are YOU going!
Easy!
who needs the missus bored to death and moaning at you when you're trying to spend money on desperately needed carbits!
Just tell her the truth, she'll be bored stiff and will be much better at home watching the telly!

Once I've finished a project why do I start another?
