Locost Midlands
Hiya Folks,
Locost Midlands time again (almost). Wednesday 7th May at 8pm we'll all be meeting up again just north of Junction2 M6. Send me an email /
message if your interested in coming along and i'll tell you all about it.
Okay i'll tell you now, group of blokes, beer, pub, talking cars and anything else that springs to mind for a few hours.

I have it pencilled in my non existent diary for a first time meet up. Mr Ashurst has used his persuasive powers on me.
Might also be going to Stoneleigh on Sunday - im off to brands hatch to see indycars on Monday.

well, 2 days from my build being 3 years old, I officially met up with my first group of locosters at the midlands meet tonight.
great to meet you all guys, and see you all next month!

buying a round consisting of two soda waters, a J20 juice and a diet coke (mine) isnt what ChrisG and the northerners are used to I recon

Collectively we're not bad company I suppose. Hopefully you might meet some better ones next time.
Paulf on the road in July, Martin soon (you didn't meet him), me back on the road soon and MikeR next summer .... Alps trip summer 2004?
Pyrennees? Cannes? St Tropez? Calais cash and carry?

Wow - suddenly i see motivation to complete my build. Calais cash and carry trip here I come.....
I feel the need to also point out that our beverage consumption is dependent on the time of the evening. Once it gets past 11pm we start on the tizer

trouble is, if your boot is like Ben's locoblade, you are not gonna get much beer in it......but then he could put a roof rack on the roll
cage!
btw....you didnt get my original mail.....stick me on the midlands list!
PS.......you wernt drinking stuff as 'hard' as tizer the other night
