Hicost wip-round thanks
Thanks to all who have sent cheques for Hicosts wip-round. You know who you are.
I'll go up today and get some mags/sweets/biscuits etc with the money, and write a card with all your names in and pass on all cards sent to
me.
BTW - who is Mr JP Dubben? Is it Jason - Deckman?????
James is still not good and not up for visitors yet, still waiting for a call from Janet to say we can go.
And to all those who've been for a ride in Hicosts car - or who have had help from him in the past and have not sent a donation - it's not
too late.....

I have just spoken to Hicost's son (sebastion)
James is feeling slightly better, and seems to be in better spirits than earlier in the week
unfortunately the skin grafts did not take, due to infection and will have to be re done all over again
so it looks like James could be in hospital for another two weeks at least

I'm hopefully going over tomorrow to delivery the first care package - so keep the cheque coming....... he's gonna be there for a while

Jasper, as we all got a little drunk at the central scotland meet last night, we discussed this thread and as usual we have all learnt a lesson from
an others misfortune.
I'll e mail you ( or u2u) and get details to send a couple of things down.
pass on our regards to James and wish him a speedy recovery.

I went over to see Hicost today, Jasper had already been and left loads of goodies (well done Jasper)
Hicost is doing ok , He has been very ill and has still got some way to go, but we did have a laugh, and i left him watching the Grand Prix, so things
are looking good!!
He sends his thanks to all of our club members for thier good wishes and the "Jasper goodie bag" thats been kindley donated by you lot
Hicost will be back, and he's already got plans in his head to alter the heater system
he must be on the mend!!!!!!!!!!
Tuesday he has another operation for skin grafts, so lets all hope that this time they all work

sorry Jasper,
not accessed the site alot as been up to my neck in it for last week, did pop by to see him but missed visiting hours, in e/grinstead. hes moved now
to brighton so i have been told??????????
send my best to him when you see him mate, he will be back to it soon enough....

No - he should still be at E. Grinstead .... should be there for another couple of weeks b4 going home.
Cetainly looked a whole lot better then he did a week ago, that's 4 sure.
And yes - a big thanks was given to all those who sent regards/donations....
