Hi whats the trick on getting a resized photo on the avatar 250x150 pixels and copying the url into the box? all I get is a red cross.

as you can see that worked! i thought thats what I did. I went to properties of the pic and cut and past the url!! so what did I do wrong?

I've had the same before. I just made the picture slightly smaller and it was fine
