A friend of mine is trying to sign up using the new Phone system and it isn't working for him. Can someone advise what to do as the email he sent to Chris hasn't been answered. The userid is jeffm (I think).

Any help would be appreciated.

The phone system isn't exactly new...about 3 years old now.

However a secondary number has been put in place, but that is only for our new members over the pond... (U.S.A.).

I have had a few u2u's that the UK number is playing up, and I have informed ChrisW of this.

I have also replied to your u2u Jeff......I do need to know which country people who are having trouble are in ...

ChrisW has told me that he has fixed the glitch and should all be ok now.

Ok ...working again......it seems to be very temperamental at the moment.....

if you don't get through at first ie get the 'can't connect' message, keep trying,
I will be keeping an eye on it......
