how do i upload a avatar? i have tried but either get a full size picture a red x or nothing i have tried resizing the pic before uploading but nothing seems to work, what am i doing wrong?

firstly upload the picture you want to use into your photo archive, resizd to a max of 150 pixels wide.
next go to your control panel and into edit and add the URL of your avatar photo should be like this.

http://locostbuilders.co.uk/upload/(insert photo name here without brackets).jpg.

mine has locost car2 between upload/ and .jpg

Thanks for that I will give it a try later I was trying to upload from photobucket not from photo archive.
